Service provider: READY HEALTH Co., Ltd. (the “Company”)
These terms form a legal agreement between you and Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). By using the service platform (the “platform”) you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
1. Nature of the service and disclaimer
- Not a medical device, not a medical service：The platform — including genetic test interpretation, mobile device health data analysis and AI recommendations — is not a medical device and has not been registered with or approved as a medical device by any health authority. Its content is for personal health management and lifestyle reference only, and carries no diagnostic, therapeutic, prescriptive or other medical effect. Test results are based on current scientific research and may change as science advances. For the full medical disclaimer, see the separately published “Medical Disclaimer”.
- Professional consultation：If you have any question about your health or your test results, we recommend consulting a qualified physician or healthcare professional for a fuller and more expert explanation. The Company aims to provide useful health management reference, but does not replace professional medical advice.
2. User obligations and undertakings
- Warranty of authenticity：You warrant that the personal data and specimens you provide are genuine, lawful and your own. If the Company finds data to be incorrect or inconsistent, it will notify you to correct or supplement it; where illegality or infringement is involved, the Company may take appropriate measures according to the circumstances, including suspending or terminating the service.
- Lawful use：You may use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and may not use test reports or data for commercial resale, misleading promotion or infringement of third-party rights in any way.
- Intellectual property：Intellectual property in the platform and all its content (including but not limited to software, databases, text, images, trademarks and patents) belongs to the Company or its lawful rights holders. Reproduction, modification, distribution or use in any form without the Company’s written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
3. Limitation of liability
- Service availability：The Company does not warrant that the platform will operate continuously, stably, without interruption or without error. It accepts no liability for compensation for service suspension or data loss caused by system maintenance, updates, network interruption or force majeure.
- Accuracy of results：The Company will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of test results and AI recommendations, but given the state of scientific progress and individual variation it gives no express or implied warranty as to their correctness, completeness or suitability.
- Exclusion of indirect loss：To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, damage to reputation or effects on health.
4. Suspension and termination of service
The Company may suspend or terminate part or all of the service at any time for system maintenance, updates, business adjustment or other reasonable cause, without prior notice or compensation.
If a user breaches these terms, the Company may terminate the account and delete related data according to the circumstances, and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
5. Use by minors
If you are under eighteen, your legal guardian must read, understand and agree to these terms and the privacy policy before you may use the platform.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from these terms, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
