Health goals
What this way of working delivers
Regulation is the floor, not the purpose. What pursues with is five larger health goals; each aligns with the GRI 403 occupational health and safety standard and can go straight into the sustainability report.
Risks are seen before illness sets in
Abnormal check-up results, overload and ergonomic symptoms are graded and tracked automatically, moving from handling illness after it occurs to intervening before onset.
GRI 403-3GRI 403-10
A sustainable workforce

GRI 403-2GRI 403-9
A psychologically safe workplace
Unlawful infringement has confidential reporting and handling, and maternal protection starts by period; everyone knows who to turn to when they need to.
GRI 403-4GRI 403-7
Health as a daily habit

Look after our own colleagues first, before talking about looking after others
Workplace health is not a slogan written into a plan. Colleagues at feel cared for, the occupational health nurse can finish the work, and the leadership team sees the numbers; grew out of this daily reality.
Colleagues’ data is protected first
Colleagues’ genetic reports, check-up data and daily health behaviour in enter only with their own authorisation, and are always shown as de-identified group statistics; groups of fewer than 10 people are not shown, and individual details can be viewed only by the occupational health nurse after the colleague’s authorisation. Managers cannot see any colleague’s personal health data.
